Job Description: Join the Indian Army as a Sepoy (General Duty) through the Agnipath Scheme or regular recruitment rallies. This is the entry-level combat role in the Army, offering a life of dignity, discipline, and service to the nation. Role Overview: • Combat Operations: Operating weapons, participating in offensive and defensive maneuvers, and maintaining combat readiness at all times. • Border Patrol: Vigilantly guarding the borders in varied terrains—from the scorching deserts of Rajasthan to the freezing heights of Siachen. • Maintenance: Ensuring the upkeep of personal weapons, vehicles, and unit equipment. • Drill & Training: Participating in daily physical training (PT), drills, and tactical exercises to maintain peak physical fitness. • Humanitarian Aid: Assisting civil administration during floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.
