As banking moves towards digital-first solutions, IT Officers play a critical role in ensuring uptime, security, and efficiency. +1 Job Profile: • Core Banking Maintenance: Managing and troubleshooting the Core Banking Solution (CBS) software (like Finacle or BaNCS) to ensure seamless transactions. • Database Management: Administering Oracle/SQL databases, performing backups, and ensuring data integrity for millions of customers. • Network Security: Implementing firewalls, antivirus protocols, and monitoring systems to prevent cyber-attacks and data breaches. • Support & Training: Providing technical support to branch staff regarding hardware/software issues and conducting IT training sessions. • ATM/Mobile Banking: Monitoring the server performance of ATM networks and mobile banking applications to prevent downtime.
